Tracy Iammartino
Bridge School Engineering Teacher
I have taught various science and STEM classes in high school and middle school. An educator for 23 years, I earned a Bachelor's in Secondary Education from the University of Missouri and earned a Master’s in Science Education from Illinois Institute of Technology. I achieved National Board Certification in 2007 and renewed my Certification in 2016. I completed the MSU-WIPRO STEM and Leadership Teaching Fellowship program in 2016. I was honored when Friends of the Chicago River named me their 2015, "River Educator of the Year".
I have presented at Googlepalooza, Tech Talk, and have encouraged my students to present at the Friends of the Chicago River's Chicago River Congress.
A lifelong learner, I enjoy a variety of hobbies including gardening, biking, knitting and crocheting. I am excited to share my ideas and resources with you and look forward to seeing you at Tech Talk!
