I am a transformative assistant principal who has worked, and will continue to work; diligently in the development of my peer leaders. Recently I have been implementing the school-wide initiative and leading teams that successfully increase student achievement and college and career readiness. Currently, I am the Assistant Principal at Northside College Prep.



One of my most recent accomplishments include:

•leading a 5-person cross-curricular team focused on supporting students in improving their literacy skills and increasing their PSAT 10 Reading scores

•Instituted corrective instruction plans coupled with intentional assessment schedules

•Observing colleagues and providing actionable feedback to improve student learning outcomes

•Successfully increased student proficiency on PSAT exam from 13% to 38% in 6 months



Presently, as an ILT leader, I am responsible for leading the ELA team and the SEL team through the Data Driven Instructional cycle. This includes peer-to-peer observations and providing feedback for corrective instruction.
