This session is designed to support school leaders, deans, counselors and/or teacher leaders create a school wide communication system for student referrals using a simple Google Form with an Addon which allows for tailored email communication regarding student discipline, social emotional concerns, and celebrations. I have sample forms that I have created and used successfully with several schools.
