This session will focus on strategies for increasing productivity and efficiency of virtual meetings, with a focus on participant engagement and follow through. We will focus on preparation for meetings, agenda format, discussion structures, equity of voice, facilitation techniques, and how apps like Jamboard can be used effectively.
