One area I had experienced success in this past school year is in my students' social emotional learning. I implemented morning meetings this year and set aside 30 minutes per week to address social emotional learning skills. This time had a great impact on the culture and climate of my classroom. Students are more kind and supportive of each other. This support within the classroom has impacted the learning.
